The supplies that save lives, bought for the medics who asked for them.
Doctors and soldiers in Ukraine tell us what they have run out of. We buy exactly that — Individual First Aid Kits, tourniquets, blood-clotting gauze — and trusted partners carry it the last mile.

What we send
These are the most requested items that are always in great need.
Tourniquets
A limb wound can kill in three minutes. A tourniquet applied in one stops it. These are consumable — once used, they are gone, which is why the requests never stop coming.
Blood-clotting gauze
Hemostatic gauze for the wounds a tourniquet cannot reach: the neck, the shoulder, the groin. It buys the time needed to reach a surgeon.
Individual First Aid Kits
A complete IFAK carried on the body — tourniquet, gauze, chest seal, decompression needle, shears, pressure bandage. One kit, one person, one chance.
How your donation gets there
Four steps, no detours. We are small on purpose.
-
1
Medics tell us what they need
We are connected to local medics, field surgeons, and servicemen in Ukraine who communicate their most urgent medical needs directly to us.
-
2
You give
By card or Zelle. Your gift is tax-deductible and goes into one pool spent only on supplies.
-
3
We buy the exact items requested
Real medical-grade equipment from suppliers we have vetted — never counterfeit tourniquets, which are common and lethal.
-
4
Trusted partners deliver
Partners we have worked with since 2022 carry the supplies the last mile, and confirm receipt. Then we publish what happened.
What your donation buys
$35

A CAT-style tourniquet stops catastrophic bleeding in under a minute. Medics ask for these more than anything else.
$43
Blood-clotting gauze
Hemostatic gauze for wounds a tourniquet cannot reach — junctional injuries to the neck, shoulder, and groin.
Most needed
$70
One complete IFAK
A full Individual First Aid Kit: a genuine CAT tourniquet, an Israeli-style pressure dressing, compressed gauze, trauma shears, a splint, and a thermal blanket.
Give any amount you like — these are just the things your gift turns into.
